This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in the Philippines only.
The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday on a semi-flexible schedule, consisting of 4 core hours aligned with the UK morning (9AM to 1PM GMT) and 4 flexible hours to complete your 8-hour workday.
What is the scope of work about?
Utilise tools like LinkedIn, Google, lead lists, and our CRM to identify and connect with decision-makers at e-commerce brands.
Tailor outreach to resonate with each lead’s business, brand, and Amazon opportunity.
Book high-quality meetings for our Managing Director, ensuring prospects are a good fit for our services.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, lead stages, and call notes in our CRM..
Monitor performance of outreach templates and sequences, suggest improvements, and A/B test approaches.
Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.
What qualifications are we looking for?
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in a leads generation/outbound sales role
Knowledge of Amazon or e-commerce required
Self-motivation with a strong sense of initiative
Proven track record of identifying and capitalising on leads to drive growth
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
