About The Job Outbound Sales/Appointment Specialist
Role:
Outbound Sales/Appointment Specialist
Rate: 150 per hour
Workload: 40 hrs per week
Set-up: Office-based
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in legal services or may benefit from our assistance.
Qualify leads by gathering necessary information about their case or legal needs.
Clearly communicate the value of our legal services and answer basic inquiries.
Schedule appointments or consultations with our attorneys.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and messaging.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for calls and appointments set.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience using CRM systems or sales software.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with personal injury law or legal services is a plus.
C1 English Level Proficiency
