Job Description
The Frontend Engineer will be responsible for building and optimizing user-facing applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and seamless user experience. This role requires expertise in modern frontend frameworks, UI/UX best practices, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain advanced frontend applications with clean, efficient, and reusable code.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
Implement best practices for frontend development, including performance optimization, accessibility, and security.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Integrate APIs and ensure smooth data handling across frontend-backend interactions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks in the frontend ecosystem.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues in production and staging environments.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Expertise in modern frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Solid understanding of state management (Redux, MobX, Context API, etc.).
Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
