Develop annual and quarterly sales strategies and development plans for the responsible channels/customers based on key customer profiles and regional characteristics.
New customer development and performance growth
Proactively identify and visit potential major clients in both local and multinational enterprises, and establish a partnership from scratch.
Independently complete business negotiations and meet the sales performance and growth targets set by the company.
Project implementation and internal collaboration
As the project leader, coordinate various departments within the company (such as logistics, customs clearance, finance, compliance, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met.
Successfully executed locally, regularly reporting project progress to headquarters, and promoting the tilt of headquarters resources towards the market.
Job Requirements
Professional competence
More than 1.3 years of experience in B2B major customer sales/BD in the local market, with a background in import and export trade, cross-border supply chain, logistics, or related industries preferred.
Possess clear sales strategy thinking, able to independently complete customer segmentation management, sales funnel, and growth plans.
Possess the ability to negotiate and report with headquarters/Chinese teams, effectively aligning overseas and domestic goals.
Collaboration and communication skills
Excellent project management skills, able to simultaneously advance multiple client projects and ensure delivery quality.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills, able to collaborate efficiently between Chinese management and Thai clients/teams.
Quality and adaptability
Strong learning ability, able to quickly grasp product knowledge, customs clearance process, and trade terms.
Possess a solution oriented sales mindset and be able to provide customized solutions based on customer pain points.
Adapt to frequent business trips (mainly within the office, occasionally to the headquarters in China).
