Duties & Responsibilities

Organize common shipments via ground or courier service, including the compilation of necessary documentation and daily tracking.
Complete any data entry duties
Create and coordinates the setup of shipments and documentation
Track and trace packages, as well as notifying the Team Lead of any concerns or problems
Assist in providing quotes to customers on their shipping and customs needs
Work with internal staff to ensure that all information in the system is correct and up to date, so that customers can rely on it
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that everything runs well
