What You’ll Do
- Log and manage claims in the system with speed and accuracy.
- Enter client data and upload supporting documents efficiently.
- Monitor workflows to ensure claims are processed without delays.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Support ad hoc projects that improve processes and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth, high-performing claims operation.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related program.
- 1–3 years of experience in fast-paced data entry or admin roles.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Quick learner who adapts well in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient with computers; intermediate MS Office skills essential.
- Proactive, approachable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
- Experience in insurance, finance, or bookkeeping is a plus, but not required.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am – 3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
