職務内容
- Design, build, and improve trading and operational systems used by the Tokyo trading team
- Modernize legacy tools into scalable and maintainable platforms without disrupting operations
- Develop full stack applications using modern frameworks (frontend, backend, and data layers)
- Automate workflows and enhance efficiency across trading processes
- Operate and enhance cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), improving monitoring and reliability
- Own data pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability for Japan operations
- Collaborate with traders and regional technology teams to deliver practical solutions
- Act as a key technical liaison and support critical systems, including occasional on-call involvement
理想の人材
- Experience building and operating modern web applications (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, Python-based backends)
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS and/or Azure), including monitoring and troubleshooting
- Strong data engineering fundamentals (pipelines, validation, performance tuning)
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Strong ownership mindset with a results-driven approach
- Effective collaboration skills in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- English and Japanese (N3 or more) bilingual
