職務内容
- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications
- Design systems and contribute to architecture decisions (basic design level)
- Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and related technologies
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality practices
- Perform unit testing, validation, and support deployments across environments (DEV/STG/PROD)
- Monitor systems post-release and conduct ongoing maintenance
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
- Work effectively within cross-cultural and international development teams
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities in systems and processes
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI tools, and recommend adoption strategies

- 5+ years of software development experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong system design and hands-on development capability
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong ownership mindset with proactive attitude
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar)
Technical Skills (Required)
- Java (Spring Boot, Batch)
- MySQL and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB)
- Cloud/data technologies (e.g. GCS, BigQuery, DataProc or equivalents)
- Kafka or similar messaging platforms
- Git for version control
- Jira or equivalent project management tools
Preferred Skills
- Big data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Presto, etc.)
- Frontend frameworks (React, Angular)
- Additional NoSQL databases (Cassandra, Redis, Couchbase)
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Test automation (JUnit), code quality tools (Sonar)
- BI tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy)
- Experience in enterprise system or data pipeline architecture design
