Job Description: Structural Designer - RCCIndustry: Luxury Villa Real EstateLocation: Dadar, Mumbai

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Designer - RCC to join our dynamic team in the luxury real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in structural design, with extensive experience in the construction field, particularly in designing luxury villas and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

oversee structural design projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant structural codes and regulations.Design and analyze various types of structures, with a focus on villa and luxury residential projects.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.Manage a team of structural engineers and provide guidance on best practices and innovative design solutions.Conduct site assessments, including working on contoured sites, to inform the design process.Utilize software tools such as ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, and MS Office to produce accurate designs and project documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE/ME).A valid license to practice as a Structural Designer.A minimum of 7-12 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.Proven experience in the villa and luxury real estate industry.Proficiency in using structural design software: ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.Strong understanding of structural codes and best practices in the industry.Demonstrated experience in designing different structural systems and handling diverse types of structures.Experience in team leadership and project management within a consultancy setting.
