You’ll Be Responsible For
- Support the Capital Planning team in Financial Resource Planning (FRP) and BAU activities through data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Handle large complex financial data sets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, etc.
- Create clear and impactful data visualizations to communicate insights to senior leadership.
- Track actual spend against forecasts, identifies trends and anomalies in data to support decision-making.
- Support the preparation of financial slides and presentation packs for regional and global OpCo.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Microsoft Excel.
- Build skills and gains experience to develop and support more complex reporting and analytic solutions.
- Provide general administrative support to Capital Planning team as required.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and reconcile inputs.
You’ll Need To Have
- Experience in handling, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in financial, capital, or project reporting roles.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good understanding of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Flexibility to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
