Direct Response Video Editor (Meta Ads | DTC Ecommerce)

We're looking for a Direct Response Video Editor with proven experience creating high-performing ad creatives for DTC ecommerce brands.
This is not a general video editing position.
We are specifically looking for someone who understands performance marketing and has experience producing video ads that drive measurable results on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
You should be comfortable working with:
• Direct-response video editing
• Performance-focused creative
• Hook development and retention techniques
• VSL (Video Sales Letter) structure
• UGC-style ad creatives
• Creative testing and iteration
What You'll Do
• Edit video ads for Meta campaigns
• Create and iterate UGC-style creatives
• Build engaging VSLs and direct-response assets
• Turn winning concepts into scalable creative variations
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams
• Follow established processes while contributing ideas for improvement
Requirements
• Proven experience editing DTC ecommerce ads
• Strong portfolio of Meta-focused creatives
• Understanding of performance marketing principles
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication skills in English
Nice to Have
• Experience with fitness, health, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Experience working with creative testing frameworks
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Frame.io, or similar collaboration tools
