The Role:
This role is more aligned with a Systems Analyst / Yardi Administrator more than a traditional Accountant. The primary objective is to continue building out and optimizing our Yardi environment as we scale.
Location: Must be residing in the Philippines – Remote.
Environment: Philippines and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ to C1).
Timezone: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
- Must have 7–10+ years of Yardi experience, with familiarity in the Construction Management Module
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager (ideally across multiple modules)
- Strong systems mindset; comfortable with configurations, data structures, and workflow design
- Experience with data imports, reporting, and system optimization
- Experience with Yardi APIs or third-party integrations is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ongoing development and administration of our Yardi Voyager instance
- Import and structure detailed property-level operational and financial data into Yardi
- Build and optimize the Investment Accounting module (investor reporting, capital activity, allocations)
- Support the implementation and refinement of the Construction Management module (job cost, draws, cost tracking)
- Expand and support adoption of Yardi Elevate across departments (operations, asset management, etc.)
- Act as a bridge between Accounting/Finance and Asset Management to ensure system alignment with business needs
