Description
Oversee the planning, procurement, and inventory management of spare parts required for service operations.
Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of critical spare parts to support timely service delivery.
Prepare and process spare parts purchase requests based on inventory requirements, service forecasts, and operational needs
Review and validate spare parts records within the inventory management system to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Manage the warranty claims of each unit to supplier
Ensure all spare parts movements are properly documented, recorded, and supported by the necessary approvals.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify that physical stock quantities match system records.
Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing personnel, and service teams regarding spare parts availability, lead times, and replenishment requirements..
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering / Electrical/Electronics or a related field
Experience Level: 1-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role/ Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
