Job Description

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join a collaborative team of our engineers and the client's DevOps specialists, working together to build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure that powers large-scale gaming services.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and evolving Kubernetes-based environments, with a strong focus on automation, infrastructure reliability, and CI/CD processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions while contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform and deployment workflows.

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes is essential, as it is a core part of the client's infrastructure. Experience working in Windows-based environments is equally important, along with a solid understanding of modern DevOps practices. Experience with TeamCity is considered a strong advantage, while previous work in the gaming industry will help you quickly adapt to the project's scale and technical challenges.

What you’ll do

• Manage, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes-based infrastructure supporting large-scale gaming services
• Design and implement infrastructure automation solutions and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes
• Support and enhance Windows-based environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security across the platform
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, application, and deployment-related issues in production and non-production environments
• Contribute to platform improvements, infrastructure standardization, and operational best practices
• Participate in technical discussions around architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability
• Support the continuous improvement of deployment workflows, monitoring, observability, and overall platform stability

Your experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments (must-have)
• Solid experience managing and supporting Windows-based infrastructure (must-have)
• Previous experience working in the gaming industry (must-have)
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
• Good understanding of containerization, cloud-native technologies, and modern DevOps practices
• Experience with TeamCity is considered a strong advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex production environments
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
• Full professional proficiency in English
