For a high-tech organization in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Senior Power Platform Lead Developer who combines strong technical expertise with ownership, communication skills and a proactive mindset.
You will work on scalable and business-critical solutions used across multiple departments, contributing not only to development, but also to architecture, governance and platform maturity.
What you will do
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions
- Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
- Collaborate with architects, product owners and stakeholders
- Drive best practices around governance, security and maintainability
- Improve DevOps and CI/CD ways of working
- Coach and support other developers within the team
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Experience with Power Pages or external-facing solutions
- Experience within enterprise environments
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connectors
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to take technical ownership and drive solutions independently
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
- Experience with governance and security frameworks
- Experience in international organizations
