We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative support. As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department in daily operations while developing valuable skills for your future career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards, social media, and company websites.
  • Help screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and assist in organizing recruitment events (job fairs, hiring campaigns).
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates on interview status.

Employee Records Management

  • Assist with maintaining and organizing employee files, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Help input and update employee data into HR software or databases.
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift
