Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and support business promotions.
- The role works closely with internal business units and the creatives team to ensure timely and effective content delivery across digital channels.
- Support Casino Marketing Managers in the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate content creation and manage updates across all digital platforms, including the website, social media, and mobile app.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools to optimize results and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Rewards Team to integrate loyalty initiatives into digital campaigns and enhance member engagement.
- Coordinate with other business units to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms.
- Stay informed on current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the casino and hospitality industry.
- Assist in the conceptualization and execution of online promotions, giveaways, and member-exclusive digital events.
- Provide support on non-digital marketing initiatives and assist in the planning and execution of on-ground events and promotions as needed.
- MANAGE CONTENT CALENDAR
- Strategically plan and organize content schedules across all platforms to ensure timely and consistent brand messaging. This includes the social media postings, SMS send outs, and App Messaging send out.

- Coordination with Events and Promotions Team for marketing updates and cascades

Core Focus:
Content Planning & Plotting : Strategically schedule and organize promotional content campaigns and event announcements across your social media calendar. Identify angles to promote to increase promotion’s visibility and effectiveness,
Materials Coordination: Request, gather, and organize all necessary assets (photos, videos, branding elements) from relevant teams to ensure timely execution.
Visual & Copy Alignment: Maintain a keen eye for detail to guarantee consistency between the caption and its key visual (KV) materials ensuring message clarity and cohesion. At most times, must create compelling copies for posting urgent promotions and other casino related announcements.
Detail-Oriented Execution: Carefully review and refine brand standards, accuracy, and visual quality before scheduling or publishing.
- SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION
- Develop compelling, brand-aligned creative assets that not only capture attention but also communicate effectively across platforms.
- Core Focus:
- Visual Conceptualization: Ideate and develop engaging visual content such as static graphics, animated materials, videos, and reels tailored to the campaign objectives and digital platform specifications (e.g. feed posts, stories, banners).
- Caption & Copy Development: Write strong, clear, and engaging captions that support each visual. These are tailored per platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and written with the audience’s behavior, interests, and motivations in mind.
- Platform Optimization: Customize content based on each platform’s best practices — short-form for Instagram Stories and Reels, informative or narrative for Facebook posts, and for VIBER
- Call-to-Action Integration: Every piece of content includes a clear and strategic call-to-action (CTA) — whether it’s to visit, purchase, join, register, or learn more to drive the audience to act.
- Collaboration with Brand Marketing Creatives Team: Work closely with graphic designers or multimedia artists to ensure concepts are executed properly and creatively, meeting campaign timelines and technical specifications.
- Adaptability Across Campaigns: Repurpose creative content for various campaign touchpoints; social media, SMS blasts, mobile app, or website — ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
- Keen Eye for Creativity: Evaluate and critique materials with a sharp creative eye, identifying areas of improvement in both layout and messaging.
- Quality Checker: Provide directions on how visuals and copy can be enhanced for clarity, impact, and audience connection.
- SMS MARKETING AND DATABASE ASSISTANCE
- Develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive content plan tailored for each social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and more), aligning with the brand’s marketing goals, voice, and promotional calendar.
- Core Focus:
- Copy Development & Messaging Strategy: Collaborates closely with the Events & Promotions team to brainstorm and develop SMS copy tailored to specific campaign objectives
- Target Market Identification: Analyzes promotions and event mechanics to determine the most suitable target audience for each campaign.
- Market Segmentation: Implements segmentation strategies based on player profiles, engagement levels, and historical data to ensure relevant and optimized SMS send-outs.
- Database Support & Management: Assists in organizing and refining the recipient database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information for each campaign.
- Campaign Coordination: Ensures timely coordination and scheduling of SMS blasts, aligning with promotional timelines and marketing priorities.
- COPYRIGHTING AND PROOFREADING
- Oversee the planning, creation, scheduling, and execution of both marketing and transactional SMS Campaigns.
- Core Focus:
- Craft concise and compelling SMS copies tailored to promotions, events, or operational needs
- Ensure that all SMS content complies with regulatory guidelines, brand tone, and messaging standards
- Coordinate with SMS gateway providers to facilitate smooth and timely message blasts
- During high-volume or urgent periods, when the workload of the copywriting team is heavy, a Digital Marketing Officer must be capable of independently composing effective, on-brand SMS content based on provided briefs or past references, ensuring consistency in voice and promotional objectives
MOBILE APP MANAGEMENT
Work closely with key business units including Casino & Rewards, Brand Marketing, Mall Operations, Hotels, and F&B to realign promotional efforts and streamline campaign visibility through a unified digital channel: the NUSTAR Rewards Mobile App. This ensures consistent messaging, efficient rollout of marketing materials, and a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Core Focus:
Promotions Tab
Gather required marketing materials for each featured promotion per business unit.
Ensure timely upload of content and regularly update each promotion's status based on its period of validity.
Banner Image Updates
Refresh app banners with current campaign visuals from key business units.
Align designs and scheduling with ongoing marketing priorities.
Pop-Up Image Management
Strategically select and upload one highlight promotion for the pop-up feature.
Ensure high-impact campaigns are prioritized for maximum visibility.
App Messaging
Develop concise, compelling copy to drive engagement and participation.
Coordinate message timing with marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
Customize messages based on target audience and app segmentation, when applicable.
- EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS COORDINATION
- Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and digital integration of casino events and marketing promotions.
- Core Focus:
- Ensure all promotional materials are properly requested, produced, published across digital channels such as but not limited to social media, website, mobile, SMS
- Align with internal teams such as REWARDS, CASINO OPERATIONS, BRAND Marketing, and other necessary business units who tapped with Events and Promotions – Digital Team for a cohesive and timely roll-out of promotions
- Provide digital support on the event day, including live coverage, story posts, and audience engagement
- Support physical setup coordination when required, especially for high-impact events like Grand Giveaways, Tournaments, and Concerts
