E-Commerce Officer
Job Summary
The E-Commerce Officer is responsible for managing and optimizing Harbest's online sales channels to ensure efficient operations, excellent customer service, and sustained sales growth. The role requires a strong agricultural background, preferably in vegetable production, to provide technical accuracy and product knowledge when assisting customers and managing online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across Harbest's online platforms.
- Monitor customer inquiries and coordinate order fulfillment processes.
- Generate regular sales and operational reports for e-commerce channels.
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure seamless transactions and timely delivery.
- Ensure accurate product information and maintain inventory visibility across platforms.
- Supportonline promotions and campaigns to drive sales growth.
- Maintainexcellent customer service and address concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Strong background in agriculture, preferably in vegetable production.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, and online sales systems.
- Knowledge of and experience using NetSuite is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
