Job Summary
The E-Commerce Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Harbest's online sales channels to drive revenue growth and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role supervises e-commerce activities, manages product listings, monitors order fulfillment, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service. A strong background in agriculture, preferably vegetable production, is required to ensure technical accuracy and familiarity with the company's products.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of Harbest's e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and other online sales channels.
- Oversee the creation, updating, and optimization of product listings, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Monitor customer inquiries, order processing, and fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Generate and analyze sales, inventory, and operational reports to support business decisions.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, accounting, and marketing teams to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to improve online sales performance and customer experience.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and platform policies.
- Ensure accuracy of product information and compliance with e-commerce platform requirements.
- Train, guide, and supervise e-commerce staff to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Strong background in agriculture, preferably vegetable production.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient in managing online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and other online sales systems.
- Knowledge of and experience using NetSuite is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong analytical, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
