Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists, invoices)
Handle quotation, pricing, and rate negotiation with international agents and Freight partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders.
Knowledgeable on the Process of Freight Forwarding process.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers
Track, trace, and ensure timely delivery of shipments, addressing any service concerns promptly.
Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations
Maintain regular communication with clients and overseas agents regarding shipment updates and requirements.
Assist in resolving delivery issues or delays

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, logistics, supply chain management.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
1 year of Experience in logistics or freight operations is an advantage
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation
Computer literacy (MS Office, logistics software)
Willing to work at Mahi Center, Lapu-Lapu City
