  • Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists, invoices)
  • Handle quotation, pricing, and rate negotiation with international agents and Freight partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders.
  • Knowledgeable on the Process of Freight Forwarding process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers
  • Track, trace, and ensure timely delivery of shipments, addressing any service concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and overseas agents regarding shipment updates and requirements.
  • Assist in resolving delivery issues or delays

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, logistics, supply chain management.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • 1 year of Experience in logistics or freight operations is an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, logistics software)
  • Willing to work at Mahi Center, Lapu-Lapu City
