FutureProof operations coordinator
Start here
We are genuinely excited about this role because the right operations person can make the whole team faster, cleaner, and less chaotic.
This is for a sharp operator who wants to work close to the command center of a fast-moving FutureProof VA activation.
FutureProof VA exists to help ambitious Filipino VAs, freelancers, BPO workers, creators, and operators move beyond basic task work into stronger judgment, communication, sales, marketing, execution, AI-era leverage, proof, and opportunity.
Athan has worked with thousands of freelancers and operators, and the team is building FutureProof around a real mission: helping people become harder to ignore, easier to trust, and more capable of creating opportunity in a changing market.
That mission now has too many moving parts for important details to live only in chat, memory, or scattered notes. We need someone who can keep the operation clean: decisions, owners, deadlines, forms, meetings, follow-ups, risks, and next actions.
This is not low-stakes admin work. The right coordinator helps the whole team move faster and make fewer mistakes.
Before applying, check and follow the channels:
- FutureProof VA: @futureproofva
- Athan: @athanslotkin
Do not only skim one post. Each channel shows a different piece of the opportunity: what FutureProof is building, how Athan thinks, what kind of team we are forming, and why this work matters. Check all of it before you apply.
Why this is different
FutureProof exists to help Filipino workers move beyond basic task work into stronger judgment, communication, systems, execution, proof, and opportunity.
The operations coordinator gets close exposure to how a serious event/community/growth system is built: hiring, content, outreach, sales support, source lists, forms, decision capture, task follow-up, quality control, and team execution.
For the right person, this can become more than an admin job. It can become proof that you can protect execution under pressure, work near leadership, and grow into a stronger operating role. We want someone who feels excited by that, not overwhelmed by it.
What you can earn
Target path: $600-$1,200/month plus additional upside, depending on role fit, performance, expanded responsibility, and written terms.
This role starts responsibly, then creates room for stronger pay as trust, output, and responsibility grow.
Compensation path
- Paid test week: $100 for top finalists who complete the test properly.
- Starting base if hired: $600/month full-time.
- Early review: possible increase up to $800/month if performance is clearly excellent.
- First major milestone: target path of $1,000-$1,200/month plus possible milestone bonus.
- Longer-term path: $1,200-$1,500+/month is not the ceiling if the role expands, business results are strong, and performance is excellent.
This is not an automatic raise ladder. The point is to start clearly, prove trust, then create a bigger role for someone who can genuinely help FutureProof execute.
Payment timing
- The ops role follows its own paid-test and monthly compensation terms.
- Exact start date, hours, response windows, test-week scope, payment timing, and written role terms will be confirmed with shortlisted candidates before work begins.
Benefits and upside
Strong performance can also create:
- Direct access to Dom/Athan operating context and decision flow.
- Practical training in coordination, task systems, meeting capture, follow-up, QA, and execution rhythm.
- A work-from-home path for the right person.
- Proof that you can manage details inside a fast-moving real business.
- A path into higher responsibility, a more senior operating role, bonuses, special rewards, or future paid opportunities if FutureProof hits strong outcomes and your contribution is clear.
- Event/community access where it supports the role offer, confirmed clearly in written terms.
What you will do
Your job is to make the operation visible and harder to drop.
Daily work may include:
- Keeping task trackers, calendars, forms, call notes, decision logs, and follow-up lists organized.
- Turning messy updates into owners, deadlines, blockers, next actions, and status.
- Capturing open questions from calls and making sure they do not disappear.
- Preparing meeting agendas, prep notes, decision summaries, and follow-up messages.
- Checking forms, posts, application links, instructions, public-facing details, and handoff materials before they go live.
- Following up with people who owe updates, files, approvals, or decisions.
- Coordinating handoffs across content, hiring, outreach, sales support, admin, partners, and operations.
- Sending clean daily updates: what moved, what is blocked, what needs a decision, and who owns the next step.
The goal is simple: every day, the team should be clearer on what moved, what is blocked, what needs a decision, and who owns the next action.
