You are to monitor daily the KPI performance of Central Luzon Agents (10 Delivery Agents Station) including their billing for payment.
What You’ll Do
- Daily monitoring of shipment arrival from Linehaul, sorting, fleet planning and scanning out for delivery to courier using Far Eye system of agents.
- Daily monitoring of any discrepancies, irregularity, preparation of Incident Report for any risk of potential claims, penalties, charges etc reported by agents
- Daily monitoring of pending undelivered, unclaimed or unwithdrawn shipment pending at agents’ facility
- Daily monitoring of submission of POD's, Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipts, Cheques and all with required billing Forwarding Accounts from agents
- Daily monitoring of submission of Fleet Report for KPI's delivery performance and remittance performance monitoring from agents
- Daily monitoring of 100% scanning, updating, encoding in Far Eye system of agents.
- Weekly and Monthly submission of Accrual data per Revenue Code with Cost for finance submission from agents
- Review and audit all billing invoices submitted by agents’ prior approval in fusion
- Daily monitoring of collection of all cheque and cash remittances from from agents
- Daily reporting and submission of validation for Undelivered & Un-updated, Unbilled, Unreturned documents, and Unremitted COD/Cheques & Unremitted PP/FC with and Without OR from agents
- Sanitize/Audit Office supplies request from agents
- Monitor strict implementation on ice gel replacement process for all Forwarding account with ice gel replacement procedure from agents.
- Zero Claims monitoring for agents
- And other task assigns by Supervisor, Ops Manager and Senior Manager

Educational Background
College Graduate
Professional Experience
- At least 1 to 2years experience in Forwarding Logistics
- Know how in using Far Eye system is a plus
