Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires continuous monitoring and controlling of service level agreements using established tools, methodologies, and processes. The position involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that objectives are met efficiently and effectively, while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure smooth project execution. - Support the development and implementation of strategies that enhance team productivity and project success. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges or risks that may arise. - Promote a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and best practices. - Experience with tools and methodologies for monitoring and controlling service level agreements. - Ability to analyze complex service management issues and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication skills to engage with multiple teams and stakeholders. - Proven capability in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Manila office.
