Appointment Setter Backer (Remote)
Cyberbacker is seeking experienced Appointment Setters who excel at building connections, creating opportunities, and driving results. In this role, you will engage prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments that help clients grow their business.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospects and leads to schedule qualified appointments
Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and text inquiries
Qualify leads based on established criteria, including readiness, motivation, and fit
Conduct consistent follow-up and lead nurturing activities
Effectively present value propositions and overcome objections
Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system
Coordinate and manage appointment calendars
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Participate in ongoing sales training and development
What We're Looking For
Previous Appointment-setting Experience Is Required
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls
Strong customer service, active listening, and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
Comfortable working with scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
