Non-negotiable Requirements
- At least 2nd year college (no back subjects)
- Active FINRA License (Series 6, 7, or 26)
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Willing to work NIGHT SHIFT & ONSITE (McKinley Hill, Taguig)
- Strong to excellent English communication
EDGE / ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE
- 2+ years in financial services or outbound calling
- Experience in 401k, 403b, IRA rollovers
- Background in metrics-driven / target-driven environments
