Responsibilities
AI-Assisted Content Creation (Approximately 65%)
- Create and edit blog articles using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Draft newsletter content aligned with organizational goals and messaging
- Research topics and develop engaging content for leadership, faith-based, and educational audiences
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Publish and format blog content using Elementor
Marketing Support (Approximately 25%)
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director on various marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain forms using HubSpot and other marketing platforms
- Assist with email creation and distribution
- Respond to messages and inquiries as assigned
- Support campaign execution and administrative marketing tasks
- Help organize marketing assets, documents, and project files
Graphic Design Support (Approximately 10%)
- Create and update simple marketing graphics using Canva
- Design supporting visuals for newsletters, blogs, social media, and promotional campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Marketing Assistant, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar role (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong content writing and editing abilities
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for content creation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
