General Responsibilities
- Consumer Experience Optimization:
- Evaluating user pathways across the product suite to pinpoint friction and growth possibilities.
- Partnering with Product, Marketing, and Support to build solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Leveraging analytics, feedback loops, and experimentation to refine platform journeys and conversion logic.
- Promoting a user-first philosophy within strategy development to ensure frictionless digital interactions.
- Consumer Lifecycle & CRM Support:
- Executing lifecycle marketing initiatives to deliver personalized and timely user engagement.
- Supporting CRM functions through audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and tracking metrics.
- Providing operational backup for lifecycle tasks to maintain continuity in user outreach efforts.
- Monitoring performance data and system integrity within marketing automation environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation:
- Serving as a vital link between internal teams to synchronize experience improvement goals.
- Collaborating with design teams to propose enhancements rooted in behavioral insights.
- Contributing data-driven perspectives to the formulation of product and marketing roadmaps.
- Supporting benchmarking and competitive research to identify leading industry standards.
Qualifications
- Consumer Experience & UX Insight:
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and customer journey optimization.
- Ability to analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and drop-off points to provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience with user research, feedback collection, and testing methodologies.
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Knowledge:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage, Appsflyer, Plotline).
- Understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and campaign execution.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret user behavior, campaign results, and experience-related issues.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools to track performance.
- Ability to identify trends, gaps, and areas of opportunity through data-driven insights.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally and align different teams towards a user-first approach.
- Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills to track and drive experience improvement initiatives.
