The
Marketing Systems Assistant under the
Marketing & Corporate Communications (MCC) Division is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of marketing-related digital platforms and lead management systems.
The role assists in managing lead generation activities, website updates, CRM maintenance, email marketing support, event registration systems, and marketing analytics reporting. The position serves as the operational support resource for MCC in ensuring accurate lead data, efficient campaign execution, and proper maintenance of marketing systems while coordinating with the IT Department for technical concerns and escalations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably with six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in digital marketing support, CRM administration, website management, database administration, or related functions.
- Familiarity with website management and updating online content.
- Basic understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tracking customer interactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Comfortable learning and using various business, marketing, and digital tools as needed.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and online marketing activities.
- Experience with website performance monitoring and reporting tools is an advantage.
