Responsibilities
- Provide HR support for the company’s farm operations.
- Help monitor employee movements for new positions, replacements, or transfers.
- Plan and implement employee engagement activities and programs.
- Oversee and track the performance management system.
- Handle the timekeeping process.
- Monitor payroll issues and ensure they are resolved.
- Manage the full due process in labor relations cases.
- Assist in carrying out corporate social responsibility and in-house training programs.
- Suggest improvements to strengthen HR services for the farm.
- Perform other temporary tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any course.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as HR/Admin staff.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes (employee engagement, performance management, labor
relations, payroll/timekeeping).
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with employees and management.
- Adaptability to support both HR and administrative functions.
