This is a hybrid role for a HR & Admin Officer. The HR & Admin Officer will be
responsible for managing General HR tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation of the timekeeping report to be submitted to the Accounting department every payroll cut-off
- In charge of record maintenance and inventory for SSS, PhilHealth & Home Development Mutual Fund premium remittance & loan payments
- Set up and coordinate meetings & conferences
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior, in relation to the role
- Accountable for employees 201 files
- Completion with all employees documents
- Constantly updates 201 files
- Employment contract signed by MD for new employees
- Coordinates general upkeep of the office
- Cleaning/maintenance schedule followed
- Schedule monthly pest control if needed
- Responsible for employee-related matters
- Contracts of Probationary and Regular employees
- Performance Evaluation
- Personnel Action Form / Salary Increase / Adjustment
- Monitor leaves, tardiness, and absences
- Renewal of employees HMO coverage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field.
- With 2-3 years of experience.
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills.
- Knowledge and experience in using Sprout HR/Payroll will be an advantage.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Good work ethic, collaborative, and open-minded.
- Comfortable working independently and highly resourceful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the media or fashion industry is a plus.
