This is a hybrid role for a HR & Admin Officer. The HR & Admin Officer will be

responsible for managing General HR tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation of the timekeeping report to be submitted to the Accounting department every payroll cut-off
  • In charge of record maintenance and inventory for SSS, PhilHealth & Home Development Mutual Fund premium remittance & loan payments
  • Set up and coordinate meetings & conferences
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior, in relation to the role
  • Accountable for employees 201 files
  • Completion with all employees documents
  • Constantly updates 201 files
  • Employment contract signed by MD for new employees
  • Coordinates general upkeep of the office
  • Cleaning/maintenance schedule followed
  • Schedule monthly pest control if needed
  • Responsible for employee-related matters
  • Contracts of Probationary and Regular employees
  • Performance Evaluation
  • Personnel Action Form / Salary Increase / Adjustment
  • Monitor leaves, tardiness, and absences
  • Renewal of employees HMO coverage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field.
  • With 2-3 years of experience.
  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in using Sprout HR/Payroll will be an advantage.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong project management and organization skills.
  • Good work ethic, collaborative, and open-minded.
  • Comfortable working independently and highly resourceful.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the media or fashion industry is a plus.
