Process new service requests, service transfers, disconnections, and reconnections.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Assist customers with payment arrangements and explain billing policies.
Update and maintain accurate customer account information in the company's system.
Educate customers about utility programs, conservation initiatives, and available payment assistance options.
Coordinate with field operations regarding service orders, outages, and maintenance activities.
Document all customer interactions accurately and completely.
Meet established performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.
