Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business and managing client relationships for Bossjob's recruitment solutions, including paid platform subscriptions and headhunting services. The role focuses on identifying prospective clients, understanding their hiring requirements, presenting appropriate recruitment solutions, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential enterprise clients across target industries

Conduct client meetings (online and offline) to understand hiring needs and present tailored proposals

Negotiate and close deals within the company's pricing framework

Maintain accurate and detailed client logs after every interaction

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals

Experience in the recruitment or employment platforms, HR tech, SaaS, or related industry is strongly preferred

Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills

Comfortable conducting both online and in-person client meetings Highly self-motivated with excellent follow-through

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Detail-oriented, able to maintain thorough client records and follow internal processes

Nice To Have Experience

Existing network of HR managers, talent acquisition leads, or C-suite contacts

Experience selling to BPO, retail, or enterprise clients

Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems

Monthly and quarterly sales revenue.

Paid subscription sales.

New client acquisition.

Client retention and renewal rate.

Upsell and cross-sell revenue.

Sales pipeline value and conversion rate.
