Develops and implements strategic business plans that align with the companys objectives.
Manages the divisions budget, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability.
Oversees daily operations, and ensures the division meets its performance and operational targets.
Enhances effectiveness and efficiency through the implementation of appropriate systems and processes.
Maintains compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
At least 35 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably in industrial equipment, engineering, or construction-related industries
Strong understanding of the Mindanao market and willingness to travel extensively within the region
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Residing in or willing to relocate in Mindanao
