Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Management of inbound lead volume via the client's self-evaluator app and via chat contacts through the client's website
- Following up with potential clients with pre-determined outbound communication
- Re-engagement efforts to the database lead to foster movement in the admissions process and share information on the brand and treatment options
- Opportunity Development: work within a database of potential clients and in the reception of marketing qualified leads to accomplish the following goals
- Determine the viability of the lead as a potential client for programming
- Create an inquiry in Salesforce for an Admissions Counselor to follow up on and initiate the sales cycle if the lead is determined to be viable
- Coordinate with appropriate Admissions Counselors for follow up and next steps
- Enhance viability of early stage leads and generate increased conversion to inquiry
Requirements
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of BPO experience in a Sales account
- Strong ability to creatively problem-solve quickly
- Conversion (sales) minded with an ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Healthcare sales background preferred; not required
- Ability to manage process, contain crisis, and work with a system with many moving parts
- Skilled at authentic compassionate communication and an ability to instill motivation in a potential client.
- Ability to work remotely
