Our growing team is looking for one Customer Service Representative to help our team continue to lead as the leading provider of private lessons in North America.
Training:
- You will be trained on how to do this.
- You will start as a CS assistant and slowly work your way up.

Responsibilities:
- Interviewing new teachers.
- Ensuring student happiness.
- Handling student complaints.
- Initiating 10-20 phone calls each day in the USA.
- Writing 2-5 SMS' and emails each day.
- Attending company Zoom meetings and speaking in front of 5-15 other reps.
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Professional appearance, dress, and presentation abilities.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent "soft skills" and western cultural etiquette.
- Excellent time management skills.
- A positive attitude that believes anything is possible.
