Is responsible for monitoring the quality of all flour finished products from the mill and packing operations; relieving the operators and other key personnel in the mills. Helps in attaining overall efficiency, extraction, and housekeeping/sanitation of the mill.
- BS Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering graduate
- Has high mechanical aptitude (machine design and internal combustion)
- Has strong analytical skills, capable of doing a mathematical calculation
- Must have at least 1-year experience in a Food Manufacturing Company preferably in Flour Milling
- Knowledgeable in GMP, Food Safety, and Basic Machine troubleshooting and physically fit to do labor-intensive job
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook
