Assist the CTO, Project Implementation, and Technical Head in coordinating daily project activities.
Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including DED, as-built plans, completion reports, project schedules, and budgets.
Track manpower deployment, materials, and project resources.
Assist in the preparation and submission of government bid and compliance documents.
Perform other project coordination and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related field.
At least 13 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role is an advantage.
Experience in the telecommunications, construction, engineering, or cabling industry.
Knowledge of project management tools and documentation systems.
Experience in monitoring project schedules, budgets, manpower, and materials.
Knowledge in preparing project documentation such as Detailed Engineering Design (DED), as-built plans, completion reports, project schedules, and budgets.
Familiarity with government bidding procedures and preparation of compliance documents is an advantage.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
