Position Overview
This role sits at the core of the company's platform engineering practice, responsible for building and scaling Salesforce solutions across enterprise clients in multiple industry verticals — including healthcare, retail, and financial services. The developer will own end-to-end implementation — from Lightning component development and Apex engineering to cross-system integrations — ensuring solutions are secure, performant, and aligned to client business outcomes. The position involves direct collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams across global engagements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex — including triggers, batch classes, and asynchronous processes
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and platform events, following established integration patterns (request/response, batch, event-driven)
- Configure and optimize Salesforce cloud modules — including Sales Cloud and Health Cloud — using Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Process Builder based on client vertical
- Troubleshoot integration failures, debug Apex exceptions, and ensure scalable, secure architecture across data flows
- Participate in code reviews, manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines, and enforce Salesforce development best practices
- Translate functional requirements from business stakeholders across industries into detailed technical specifications and solution designs
- Support UAT cycles, production deployments, and post-go-live enhancements with clear technical documentation
Must Have Criteria
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in production environments
- Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, scheduled jobs) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Demonstrated experience building REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems
- Hands-on configuration of declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects/Fields
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud — configuration, data model, and automation
- Exposure to CI/CD processes and release management in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git-based deployments)
- Ability to write and maintain test classes meeting 75%+ code coverage with meaningful assertions
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud — care plans, patient relationships, or provider data models
- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR standards for healthcare data interoperability
- Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica for enterprise integration
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Administrator, or Health Cloud Accredited Professional
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-delivery environment managing multiple concurrent project engagements

- Opportunity to work across Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and emerging AI-integrated Salesforce solutions
- Collaborative, ownership-driven culture with direct visibility into client outcomes
- Access to global delivery teams across seven offices with cross-border project exposure
