You are to perform technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability and user satisfaction. You will troubleshoot incidents, execute maintenance tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve application system reliability.
What You’ll Do
Day-To-Day Application Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve L2 incidents related to application errors, performance, or access issues.
- Escalate complex issues to L3 support or development teams with accurate details.
Incident & Request Fulfillment
- Follow runbooks/SOPs to diagnose and fix known issues.
- Assist users with minor configuration changes, and data fixes.
Maintenance & Documentation
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks (e.g., batch jobs, reports, etc.)
- Update knowledge base articles with new solutions and troubleshooting steps.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) sessions for major incidents.
- Suggest process improvements to reduce ticket volume or resolution time.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deploy bug fixes and minor enhancements.
Compliance & Security
- Follow security protocols for user access and data handling.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements (e.g., logging, change controls).
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for application issues and fixes.
Continuous Learning & Technical Proficiency
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, application systems and information security.
- Good understanding of the application system features and behavior.
- Hands-on application system support.

You’ll thrive in this role if you
Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Any related course
- Undergraduate with relevant experience around 6-12 months may be considered as an applicant. In lieu of a graduation certificate a candidate may submit a certificate of graduation candidacy.
Professional Experience
- At least 2 years is preferred but not required;
