Main Responsibilities
- Manage food and non-food purchasing by overseeing the entire ordering process, from sourcing to delivery.
- Participate in negotiations with service providers and suppliers, ensuring contract drafting and compliance with terms.
- Develop and reference new suppliers to optimize product costs and quality. Analyze market opportunities.
- Contribute to optimizing the multi-site organization by controlling risks and reducing procurement lead times and costs.
- Identify areas for improvement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal operational monitoring.
- Monitoring, guidance and support for procurement processes.
- Conduct procurement audits and promote best practices within the team.
- Serve as the point of contact for updating and managing the procurement catalog (suppliers and ERP), while overseeing the purchasing and procurement processes.
- Degree in operations management, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the airline industry.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) required.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data to make informed decisions and improve processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate data analysis results to various audiences.
