Role: Training and Compliance Coordinator
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Any CS PH Branch - Makati, Ortigas, Pampanga, Tarlac or Cebu
Schedule: Morning shift
Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal and external compliance assessments;
- Document review;
- Training bookings;
- Data Entry;
- Maintaining expiring qualification reports; and
- Drug and alcohol compliance checks.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Process driven with respect for deadlines;
- Maintain positive relationships with site based employees and training providers on a daily basis;
- Natural communicator via phone and email;
- Ability to assess and create required processes within your role;
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft suite in particular Excel;
- Very high attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work functions;
- Highly self-motivated, methodical and organised;
- Ability to work in a small team as well as autonomously;
- Desire to address issues as they arise and achieve a positive outcome;
- Behave in a professional manner when interfacing with internal and external clients;
- Ability to maintain accurate sensitive data and information;
- Capacity to prioritise and multitask in a fast paced and dynamic environment;
- Exceptional communication and customer service for internal and external clients;
- Ability to develop strong and supportive relationships;
- Professional disposition; and
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
