Develops and implements programs to recruit and select the right talent required to meet the organization's business needs. This seat will hire for talents in North America.
Responsibilities
Work with HR team to develop recruitment strategies and define requirements and expectations.
Meet with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and fill openings in a timely manner, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidate for future consideration.
Screen candidate resumes and conduct employment pre-screening interviews,
Provide feedback about the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate to the hiring manager and make appropriate hiring recommendations. Assist with salary analysis, negotiations, and preparation of offer requests as well as follow through to acceptance and start.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements of various employment law,
Monitor/audit job files and be responsible for tracking applicant flow.
Prepare routine documentation appropriate to the recruitment process and engagement of new employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 to 5 years' relevant experience. Experience in hiring North American-based talents preferred.
Open to evening work (night shifts)
Experience with internet sourcing and posting, career fairs, and various other recruiting sources is required.
Previous recruiting experience within the insurance or claims processing industry is also preferred.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and networking skills.
Knowledge of insurance industry terminology is preferred
Able to provide valuable and timely customer service to line management and candidates alike.
General human resource knowledge and understanding of common staffing metrics and functions is also required.
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Flexible and be able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
