We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company platforms
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
  • Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress
  • Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition thru different colleges and universities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies
  • Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems (Linkedin, Indeed, Jora).
