We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and company platforms
- Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
- Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress
- Assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees
- Ensure all required documentation is completed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition thru different colleges and universities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies
- Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems (Linkedin, Indeed, Jora).
