Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Santos Knight Frank's Valuation, Research, and Consultancy business across Visayas and Mindanao.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities from banks, financial institutions, developers, corporations, investors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Generate leads and convert opportunities into long-term business engagements.
Prepare and present proposals, capability presentations, and service offerings tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate closely with valuation, research, and consultancy teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client service.
Monitor market trends, investment activity, and economic developments to identify emerging business opportunities.
Represent Santos Knight Frank at industry events, conferences, networking activities, and client meetings.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly report business development activities and performance metrics.
Contribute to achieving regional revenue targets and strategic growth objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
At least 35 years of experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, or account management.
Experience in real estate services, property consultancy, banking, financial services, professional services, or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong network within the Visayas and Mindanao business communities is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop prospects, and close business deals.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently.
Willing to travel extensively within Visayas and Mindanao.
