Job Purpose
We’re looking for a hands-on QA Lead/Manager to drive quality engineering for RADIUS, our core ERP and packaging platform.
This is a player-coach role where you’ll lead a team of QA engineers while staying deeply involved in testing strategy, automation, release quality, and engineering execution. You should be comfortable owning end-to-end quality — from requirement analysis and test planning to automation, defect triage, and production readiness.
The ideal candidate brings strong ERP testing experience, solid automation skills, and the ability to introduce practical AI-driven improvements into the QA lifecycle.

- Leading sprint quality discussions with Engineering and Product teams
- Creating scalable test automation frameworks
- Driving Jira-based QA governance and traceability
- Performing hands-on functional and integration testing
- Mentoring QA engineers and improving delivery discipline
- Leveraging AI tools to improve test coverage, defect analysis, impact analysis, and overall QE
Core Responsibilities
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience in ERP or enterprise application testing
- Hands-on experience with Selenium or other open-source automation tools
- Good programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
- Extensive hands-on experience with Jira, JQL, dashboards, workflows, and QA reporting
- Experience leading and mentoring QA teams
- Strong defect analysis, root cause analysis, and release validation skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing, automation acceleration, or intelligent QE workflows is a strong plus.

- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
- Contribute to test framework improvements, reusable utilities, and test data management strategies.
Quality Strategy & Collaboration
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure early defect detection.
- Participate in root cause analysis of production defects and recommend preventive QA practices.
- Contribute to test strategy, test automation roadmap, and QA best practices.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and help promote a quality-first culture within the engineering team.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering
- Strong experience in ERP or enterprise application testing
- Proven experience leading QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience with test automation using Selenium or other open-source automation tools
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks
- Extensive hands-on experience with Jira, JQL, dashboards, workflows, Zephyr/Xray, and QA reporting
- Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Good understanding of release management, defect triage, and quality governance
- Strong analytical, debugging, and root cause analysis skills
- Experience mentoring QA engineers and driving team accountability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to AI-driven testing, intelligent automation, or leveraging AI tools within the QA lifecycle is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced product engineering environment with strong ownership and execution mindset
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of Playwright or modern UI automation frameworks.
- Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.).
- Experience with test reporting and analytics tools (Allure, Extent Reports, etc.).
- Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker) or cloud-based test execution platforms.
- Domain experience in Packaging, Printing, or Manufacturing systems.
- Familiarity with shift-left testing and quality engineering practices.
