As part of the overall company strategy to drive quality-based, cost-efficient, and timely service delivery, this role will be part of the Manila Hub - GES Employee Services. The successful candidate will be responsible in providing learning administration support to the designated country or business adhering to the established KPIs and SLAs.
Your Role
- Deliver learning administration services as per agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Follow established work instructions to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for learning and development, including class management, reporting and inquiry management.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure accurate resolution via ServiceNow.
- Actively work to achieve agreed and identified performance objectives in alignment with the Employee Services Leadership Team.
- Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Work with the Leadership Team to meet agreed training and development goals.
- Assess if customer requirements are met effectively.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to varying shift or work schedule requirements and operation hours to fulfill real-time business requirements.
- Understanding and compliance of confidentiality requirements to perform HR activities due to the sensitive nature of the work.
- Ensure that all HR personnel's data and sensitive information are kept confidential.
- Other tasks as deemed necessary.

- Mainly accountable in reporting and inquiry management through tools and systems usage in relation to requests from the business sectors and HR organization.
- Understanding confidentiality requirements to perform HR activities due to the sensitive nature of the work such as personnel data and sensitive information.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or any equivalent degree.
- Demonstrates strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables and results.
- Able to work well with others in a team environment and can work effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.
- Contribute to our culture of continuous learning and development by identifying opportunities for improvement.
