Job Summary
We are looking for Analyst I in our Chakan ISS Frontline team, responsible for delivering Front-line workplace IT support, ensuring reliable operation of end-user devices, collaboration technologies, and local IT services. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, customer service, asset management, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
- Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 and Teams support
- ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform
- Incident, Request and Problem Management
- Laptop, desktop, printer, and peripheral support
- Active Directory / Entra ID user administration
- IT Asset Management and lifecycle processes
- Network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Meeting room and Audio-Visual (AV) support
- Technical documentation and knowledge management
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
We believe you have
- 5-7 years of experience in IT On-Site Support, Desktop Support, End User Services, or IT Operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of ITIL-based support processes.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage competing demands.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset focused on user experience and service excellence.
- Willingness to support occasional after-hours activities during major IT deployments or critical incidents.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
