Job Requirements
Exceptional written communication skills in English, demonstrating creativity and adaptability.
Proficient typist with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities for efficient subscriber support.
Demonstrates flexibility and confidently engages in conversations of any nature.
Thrives independently and collaboratively as a valuable team member.
Open to flexible and shifting schedules, accommodating changing work hours.
Familiarity or experience with chat software and systems is highly desirable.
Duties And Responsibilities
Respond to subscribers' messages and engage in conversations in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
Adhere to company and client policies and guidelines.
Keep detailed records of subscribers' interactions and any issues that may arise.
Meet daily and weekly targets for chat interactions.
