- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data platform enhancements and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in documenting platform designs and integration workflows to maintain clear communication across teams.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on platform-related tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines using PySpark.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data processing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource efficiency.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and working with various data storage systems.
- Knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting complex data workflows in a distributed environment.
