What you'll do:
Execute, analyze, and follow up on test activities in accordance with agreed requirements, including international standards and Electrolux internal guidelines. Prepare testing setups to ensure accurate and reliable results. Perform technical tasks following established procedures, provide guidance to technicians, and carry out assignments from the Laboratory Leader.
In detail, you will:
- Responsible for System validation & Connectivity test
- Execute validation activities to ensure system-level performance, safety, and functional compliance
- Actively participate in the development of new projects
- Actively contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives
- Work autonomously in line with established procedures and guidelines to drive continuous improvement
- Analyze and resolve problems ranging from straightforward to complex effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering knowledge sharing and teamwork
- Continuously develop and enhance expertise within own area
- Prioritize and organize work to meet agreed deadlines
- Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of daily operational activities
- Identify and resolve issues systematically, generating and evaluating solutions using standard methodologies
- Contribute actively to team initiatives and build strong working relationships internally and externally
- Ensure quality management in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards
- Support regional and cross-product development planning, including resource management for validation laboratory activities
- Coach and guide team members in problem-solving using strategic thinking with a sense of urgency
- Support cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with global laboratories on equipment, test methods, manuals, capabilities, and competencies
- Manage validation laboratory facilities, equipment, and capability development planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in relevant R&D experience in testing field or automation field
- Good English proficiency (both written and spoken)
Knowledge:
- Products knowledge
- Test Equipment and Data Acquisition
- Product System Validation and reliability
- Product Connectivity Validation
- Design Failure Mode and Effects analysis
- Product Safety
Skills:
